GOALS & OBJECTIVES
SALES MANAGER – RESELLER MANAGEMENT – IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDING AND MANAGING RESELLERS FOR LION BRAND FOR MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage team of 3 sales executives and grow to the team of 5 by year end.
- Develop reseller partners across the globe for LION
- Generate new leads, finding Resellers selling to end users: Target: 8 Minimum: 4 (Monthly)
- Prospect pipeline: At any given point of time there should be minimum 15 prospects in the allocated market
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries within 4 hours.
- Updating Max sales with daily reports.
- Updating Sales Plan & Prospect Pipeline on bi-weekly basis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school qualification
- Minimum job requirements:
- Must have 3-4 years of sales experience in IT reseller network.
- 2-3 years of managing a team selling to IT reseller network.
