Job Description

The job requires the Team Leader- Dubai Corporate Sales to manage a team of sales representatives in selling document printingsolutions directly to other businesses (B2B). Team leader  is required develop new relationships

Team Leader is responsible for achieving team targets, ensure customer retention and develop new business.

Core responsibilities:

  1. Ensure revenue targets are met.
  2. Ensure AED 95,000/- reveniue is acheived per team member on a monthly basis.
  3. Visit tier 2 and above accounts within 3 days of closing of accounts. Visit existing enterprise accounts every month, tier 1 accounts once in every 2 months and tier 2 and below accounts quarterly.
  4. Review and retain A players and exit C players.
  5. Provide quarterly sales revenue plan
Job Environment:

You will be working in a vibrant environment alongside four other sales teams with different responsibilities and a total sales force of 25 sales professionals. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales. .

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential: Candidate is must have key experience in direct sales (product or service directly sold to business).

Candidates with a background from distribution, wholesale, channel sales, and or retail will not be considered.

Work experience: 3-5 years’ experience in direct sales and should have 1-2 years of exposure to management.

UAE driving license is a must.

Gender: Male or Female. Strong command of English (spoken and written).


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management with 10 years of experience in  B2B sales management or MBA with 5 years of  experience in  B2B sales management
